Jim Miller came home one night drunk and saw his wife, Max's mother, pinned to the ceiling and she died shortly after bursting into flames.
Following this incident, Jim always blamed Max and started abusing him by hitting him, along with his brother Roger. He later remarried to a woman named Alice.
Max eventually got revenge on his father by trapping him inside his 1975 Dodge Dart Swinger, where he was killed.
