In ancient times, Jakkals employed by rich ancient Egyptians to built tombs due to their skills in magic and trap making. Their kind was known and respected by humans as servants of the great Anubis. Sometimes, in very dire situations, Jakkals also responsible to summon Anubis to the earth to solve their problem and defeating their enemies. However, as the powers of Anubis are too much to handle, it often cost more destruction than good. Through unknown means, they later seal Anubis in his mummy form, and chosed to not called them too often. As time passed, they became forgotten by people.
