Jacob was the first creature killed by Mary Campbell.
Background[]
Around 1963, for unknown reasons, ten-year-old Mary Campbell went on her first hunt in which Jacob was involved. Jacob was a young werewolf that Mary eventually defeated and then killed by stabbing him in the heart with a silver arrow. Mary then fully embraced the hunter lifestyle after she killed Jacob, although she blamed her parents for raising her to be a hunter. Years later in 1972, while trapped in her mind by the Akrida, Mary relived her first hunter kill with John.
