Isis was one of the Pagan gods who met at the Elysian Fields Hotel to try to work out a way to stop the Apocalypse. She was a goddess of Egyptian pantheon, eventually being slaughtered by Lucifer.
Description
Isis appeared as a blonde woman who seemed to be in her mid-twenties.
Powers and Abilities
Not much is known of her powers, although as a deity, she is assumed to possess the standard powers seen in other deities.

- Invulnerability - As a pagan goddess Isis was most likely immune to conventional means of killing.
- Immortality - As a pagan goddess she could have lived forever.
Season 5
She was at the Elysian Fields Hotel along with nine other gods from different cultures to talk about the Apocalypse and how to stop it. She appeared as a well dressed blonde woman masquerading as a waitress.
When Lucifer showed up in the Hotel, Isis was slaughtered off-screen.

Trivia
- While never named on-screen, her nametag indicated she was Isis.
- Isis's mythological husband Osiris would later appear in the Season 7 episode, Defending Your Life.
- Interestingly, despite being an Egyptian goddess, she had the appearance of a Caucasian woman, unlike other deities at the meeting who reflected their cultural background (i.e., Kali and Zao Shen).
- Isis appeared to be attracted to Ganesh in Hammer of the Gods, and Osiris doesn't mention her when the Winchesters met him, possibly meaning that the two had separated prior to Season 5.
- In Egyptian mythology, Isis is regarded as a member of the Ennead and the pantheon's most prominent goddess, functioning as a multifaceted goddess of life and fertility, both of humans and animals and of the land, navigation and seafaring, witchcraft and the practice of sorcery, marriage and motherhood, and royalty and wisdom.
