Heather is a hunter Sam and Dean briefly worked with on a wendigo case. She works at a bar called The Roadhouse, which Sam describes it as so sketchy that "not even Swayze would come to this roadhouse".
By the time Sam and Dean arrive at this place in 2015-2016, Heather is working on a rugaru case in Texas, and refuses to text Dean back.
