The unnamed Hellhounds were the first and original Hellhounds of the species.

God created the Hellhounds to be his best friends, but when they were proven to be too vicious, so he wiped them all out, but Lucifer was able to save a single pregnant female, Ramsey, from which all modern Hellhounds descend.
