An alternate future timeline where the Winchesters and Castiel successfully locked away God. As a result, dark forces prevailed and monsters began running rampant in the world.
God showed Sam this future to see what would happen if they win.

April 17, 2020: Sam, Dean and Eileen are looking for cases. Castiel is there was well, handing the group some beer. Dean calls for movie night; Eileen says she'll make popcorn. Jody calls Sam and says Claire is dead after a failed vampire hunt.
January 6, 2021: Sam and Dean are driving through what appears to be a location that is on fire. Dean said they did everything they could, but the place was crawling with werewolves. Sam disagrees and says if they got there sooner, all the victims wouldn't have died. The brothers have also lost Castiel.
November 3, 2021: By this date, Castiel went crazy because of the Mark and Dean had to bury him in a Ma'lak Box. Eileen, Donna and the girls are said to be dead. Dean has lost all hope and called it quits; however Sam still wants to fight on. Sam tells Dean he is raiding the vampire nest with or without him. Dean says that he really hasn't a choice and reluctantly agrees to go as well.
December 9, 2022: The brothers have barricaded themselves in a room. Outnumbered, they are prepared to go out swinging. Two hunters, as well as Jody and Bobby are heading towards the door. Sam and Dean show their fangs, revealing they have been turned into vampires. The hunters enter the room and they are killed. Jody bursts through and shoots Sam with a dead man's blood bullet. Dean witnesses this and attacks Jody, killing her. At the same time, Bobby enters the room and decapitates Sam.
Aftermath[]
This timeline is erased when Sam, believing that God was telling him the truth when he showed Sam the future, chose not to trap God.
