Evan is a young boy and a witness of the kidnapping of Alvin Jenkins.
Evan was watching Godzilla Vs. Mothra on TV when he heard weird sounds outside, he looked out of the window and saw Alvin Jenkins when he was rubbish, and how he was dragged under a car.
Later Sam and Dean, disguised as state policemen, interview the boy and his mother and Evan told them what he saw.
