- This is the third time we see the Winchesters drive something other than the Impala.
- This marks the first time Castiel and Ruby interact.

- Jack's soul is restored by visiting the Garden of Eden through the Occultum.
- Its revealed that Billie was able to resurrect Jack because she and the Shadow are working together. In exchange for the Shadow's help, Billie claims that she can send it back to sleep.
- It's revealed by Ruby that all the angels and demons sleeping in the Empty dream about their own regrets.
- Ruby's blonde vessel is briefly mentioned during the first flashback involving Anael and Ruby. Anael states that she thinks that Ruby's brunette vessel suits her more, causing the demon to roll her eyes.
- It is revealed that there was a world where John Winchester is still alive and he’s hunting with his sons and owns a hunting company before it was destroyed by God. According to the alternate Sam and Dean, John was separated from his sons while crossing through the rift and is possibly dead or in another world.
- The alternate Sam and Dean's car appearing in the middle of the bunker's armory mirrors how God teleported the Impala into the same location in All in the Family.
- Billie states that God is almost done destroying alternate universes.
- Alternate Sam and Dean are seen playing rock, paper, scissors, with Dean losing both times. However, it appears that the game has different rules on their world, as when Dean threw scissors and Sam threw rock, Dean reacted as if he won. And in the second match, when Dean threw paper and Sam threw scissors Dean reacted as if Sam had won.
Errors
- Stacy is mistakenly called Suzy in the flashback.
- Ruby and Anael couldn’t have known each other, since angels didn’t come to live on Earth until after The Fall.
- However, she also stated that she rebelled against Heaven's ideas a long time ago and is shown to be a liar so Anael may have been lying about when she originally came to Earth.
- Ruby says that Sam killed her, but it was actually Dean who ended Ruby with her own knife.
- She may have been referring to the fact that Sam held her down so that Dean could kill her.
- Alternate Sam and Alternate Dean couldn't have taken Baby out for a ride since Sam, Dean, Cas and Jack all used the Impala to get to the church.
- Its possible that this occurred between their return and Dean sending them off for a new life.
Deaths
- Gregor's Henchmen
- Gregor
- Ruby's Hellhounds
- Residents of HunterCorp World (mentioned only)
- Residents of numerous alternate realities (mentioned only)
