Desmond was a vampire, who appeared in Citizen Fang.
History
Much of his early history is unknown, however he knew Benny, back before Benny reformed. In 2013 he was planning to form a new nest having lost his old one (wether or not he was pack leader is unknown) and found Benny in Lousiana, figuring he would add some credit to him, he tried to recruit Benny.
Benny refused, however Desmond refused to take no for an answer, and started to kill and plant the bodies near Benny, leading Martin Creaser to belive Benny was responsible for the killings. After two victims, Benny pretended to join his nest. But contacted Dean, together the two went into his lair kill Despond, and clear Benny.
Desmond snuck up upon on Dean, and the two entered a skirmish, Desmond overpowered Dean and was about to drain him, when Benny grabbed him from behind and decapitated him.
Powers and Abilities
As Desmond was able to almost causally overpower Dean and he was planning to be pack leader of a nest, it can be taken he is a very old and powerful vampire.
