Daphne Allen is the wife of Emmanuel.
Background
On her run in the forest, she found a naked man walking around with no memory. Believing it to be God's word, she took him home and took care of him. Somewhere in that time they got married. Her husband also discovered that he had the power to heal and went around healing people in need. When people needed him, they contacted Daphne. Months later, a demon breaks into her house and ties her to a chair. Daphne is saved when Dean shows up and kills the demon. Her husband soon arrives and comes in and unties her. Daphne tells Dean that her husband has always been gifted. Dean tells them it was a demon and that he needs Emmanuel to save his brother.
It is unknown if she ever learns the truth about her husband after Castiel regains his memories.
Trivia
- When Dean finds Emmanuel/Castiel with his "wife" Daphne, he tells Dean that she found him wandering along a river, naked. In Greek mythology, Daphne is a Naiad, a nymph associated with bodies of freshwater.
