Cyrus Dorian was a vengeful ghost. In his life, he was a ruthless and racist man who returned after death to take revenge on the people who helped in his murder.
History[]
Cyrus Dorian dated Cassie Robinson's mother before she left him for Martin Robinson, a black man. Enraged, Cyrus burnt down the church they were to be married in, killing the children's choir in the process. In the 1960s, Cyrus then attacked Martin but Martin fought back and accidentally killed him. Two of Martin's friends, Clayton Solmes and Jimmy Anderson, helped him cover up the murder. They disposed of his body and truck in a swamp. Harold Todd, a young deputy at the time, knew of the crime, but covered it up because he knew what Cyrus had done to the church choir and that he was beating Martin when he was killed.
He was reawakened in the form of his truck when his family's house was knocked down, and began taking revenge on those who helped cause and cover up his death.

Sam and Dean destroy Cyrus's ghost by tricking it into entering the Hallowed Ground of the Church he burned down, avenging the children he murdered.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Shapeshifting - In his life, he poured so much of his spirit into his truck that when he returned, he appeared as an apparition of his truck. He used this to kill by running his victims down or off the road.
- Super Strength - As the ghost truck, Cyrus was strong enough to ram into Martin Robinson's car and send it flying. He was also able to slam into Dean's car and cause it to briefly skid off the road.
- Super Speed - Cyrus's ghost truck form can also move at incredibly fast speed.
- Teleportation - He could teleport from place to place.
- Electromagnetic Interference - His presence caused electronics to flicker.
Weaknesses[]
- Hallowed Ground - Cyrus cannot safely enter the sanctified ground where a church once stood; he is destroyed by trying to do so.

Trivia[]
- Cyrus is the only ghost known to have been destroyed by crossing onto hallowed ground. Other ghosts such as Jacob Karns, Father Thomas Gregory and Isabella, have lacked the same weakness.
