Callie was born in 1929. At an unknown point in time, she became a showgirl and wore a set of matching golden earrings. She would eventually win a contest. In 1961, she was murdered, her body was dumped near a highway and she eventually became a vengeful spirit who sought revenge on the man who disposed of her corpse, Bobby McCatrick.

By 2005, she visited a casino in Las Vegas which was owned by Bobby thought he latter did not recognise her. Wanting to continue their conversation, Bobby offered to buy two whiskies though Callie, who did not want to converse, refused, their interaction was eventually ended when Sam Winchester interrupted claiming to be Callie's long lost cousin which led to Bobby leaving them to their apparent reunion.

Sam then offered to buy her a drink so long as it was cheap due to him and his brother, Dean, not having a lot of money on them at the time as they were down on their luck. Upon hearing this, Callie quietly did something to enhance Dean's chances of winning his game leading to Sam to grow suspicious about her though he could not pry for answers as she had walked away from him.

The two would then meet again with Callie with Dean trying to charm her by offering to buy her something to eat though she declined.

As they departed the casino, Dean theorised they were dealing with a Leprechaun though Sam was unsure and they headed to the library. There, they discovered Callie had in fact died long before they had met her. Meeting back up with Callie, she eventually requested they retrieve her missing earring which Sam and Dean did after acquiring it from a pawn shop.

Though when it is returned to her, Callie grows angry and insists she now must have Bobby and that he must pay before citing that he was the one who had disposed of her body after her murder. She tells Sam and Dean to take the earring back and they do so before slipping it into Bobby's pocket.

Realizing something is amiss as his patrons are winning all their games, Bobby comes to the conclusion something is wrong as Callie taunts him for what he did to her, she watches as he runs out of the casino and unknowingly into his death as he is hit by a car.

Grateful for their help, Callie offers them her earring though they deny as they feel neither of them need it, Callie believes it is the right answer before her spirit vanishes and she is put to rest.
