Background[]
Teenage Callie
At the age of eight years old, Callie was given bleach by her step-mother, Julie Garrison, which caused her to fall into a comatose state for which she was rushed to the hospital and kept alive by her father who was unaware that his wife was the reason behind his daughter's incident.
While she slept, Dr. Garrison read fairy tale stories to her. When she began to grow frustrated with her father for not learning the truth, Callie became a vengeful spirit and started to kill people that were based on the tales she was read.
When Sam and Dean Winchester learned the truth and the latter explained that the girl had been poisoned by an apple. Sam then confessed to Dr. Garrison that in order to make the deaths stop, he would have to allow his daughter to move on and also learn the truth causing him to call for his daughter to appear. After making her spirit appear to her father, Garrison questioned Callie if it was Julie behind her death and Callie quietly confirmed the question by nodding her head and after finding out the truth, Garrison encouraged Callie to move on into the afterlife to which she did.
