Well, congrats. You discovered it. You get to name it. Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is conjectural. |
This spell was used by Cuthbert Sinclair to brainwash Dean.
Procedure[]
The user of this spell just simply grasped the target head and recited the spell. The spell is in Latin:
- Mentem tuam ac voluntatem adsumo.
Rough Translation:
I take over (your) will from your mind.
After the spell was recited, the target's eyes drained of all attitude or emotion.
Counter-measures[]
After using it on Dean, Sinclair tells him that if he repeats the process, Dean would be ready for what he was planning. From the fact of Dean being able to behead Sinclair despite being under its effects and from Dean's recovery soon afterwards, it can only be assumed that the spell effects apparently are not instantaneous, and need sessions to fully control the victim. Aside from it, there's no mention of a specific counter-spell or way of restore the victim's free-will once enough sessions are made.
