Boris was a vampire of over 600 years of age who led a vampire nest. On the orders of the Alpha Vampire, he recruited and turned large numbers of people.

Season 6[]
Boris turning Dean into a vampire.
He saw Dean in the alleyway attacking someone. Because Dean was "so nice looking," Boris decided Dean would make a perfect recruiter for his nest and so turned Dean into a vampire. Later, Boris sees Dean again, and treats Dean like a friend. He tells Dean that they are both recruiters now. He shows Dean how they draw people in using poetry to attract vampire fans. Once they bring the fans in, they are converted and used to recruit more people. Boris also reveals that he is 600 years old.
Boris's head is cut by Dean.
Boris tells Dean it wasn't his idea, but his "father's", and promises to give Dean a private tour later. As they are walking, Boris hears a drop of blood leak out of a syringe Dean pulls and stops Dean before it can touch him. As he is restraining Dean, a high pitched noise breaks out and Boris collapses as he, along with all the other vampires of the nest, get a message from the Alpha Vampire. After recovering, he releases all of the vampires to battle Dean. After Dean kills all of the vampires, Boris tells him it's too late and attacks. Dean wins and is found standing over Boris's decapitated body. Once they have Boris's blood, they cure Dean.
In You Can't Handle The Truth, Dean is haunted by the idea that Sam allowed Boris to turn him into a vampire. After falling under Veritas' truth curse, Dean confronts Sam who claims that Dean is wrong which Dean believes as the curse compels everyone to tell the truth. After Veritas reveals that Sam can lie under the curse, he finally admits that he allowed Boris to turn Dean as he knew about the vampire cure and felt it was their only way into the vampire nest.
Season 12[]
In The Raid, Boris briefly appears in a flashback along with several other vampires when the British Men of Letters explain to Sam Winchester about their plan to wipe out all of the vampires in America.
Powers and Abilities[]
Being over 600 years old, Boris was a powerful vampire, and possessed abilities common to his kind, but due his advanced age, his supernatural abilities was at an considerably higher level.
- Super Strength - Boris possessed considerable superhuman strength; he could effortlessly overpower his victims, and could easily overpower Dean, and send him flying over 50 feet with just a punch, and restrain and beat him to a bloody pulp without any effort.
- Super Speed - Boris could move much faster than any human; he could suddenly appear and disappear from sight in a blink of an eye, and was able to quickly disarm and overpower Dean, just moments after hearing a blood drop from the syringe Dean was holding.
- Super Agility - Boris possessed greatly enhanced agility; he could easily run, jump, sprint and climb, and was able to escape from the Winchesters by scaling the side of a building.
- Super Senses - Boris possessed heightened, predatory senses of sight, smell and hearing; he was able to hear the sound of a drop of blood as it hit the floor behind him.
- Super Stamina - As a vampire, Boris did not tire easily, and could exert himself in a superhuman capacity.
- Immortality - As a vampire, Boris could have lived forever, he was well over 600 years old at the time of his death, and is immune to the effects of aging and disease.
- Invulnerability - Boris could not be killed by most conventional causes of fatality, however, he was still vulnerable to the effects of dead man’s blood, and was subsequently killed by decapitation.
Weaknesses[]
- Decapitation - Boris could killed by decapitation, as Dean killed him by cutting off his head.
- Dead Man's Blood - He could be incapacitated if injected with dead man's blood.
