“ | Would a loser track down a real book of spells and compel a fairy to do his bidding? | ” |
— Gerry
in LARP and the Real Girl |
The Book of Spells contained powerful rituals and spells. At least one of those spells allowed a human being to bind a fairy to him/her, regardless of his magical experience or prowess.
Characteristics[]
The book was small but thick. It was bound by leather and had a sigil in its cover.
Location[]
It was sold in eBay where it was purchased by Gerry, who used it to bind the fairy Gilda. It was destroyed by Charlie Bradbury in order to stop Gerry from harming more people and to free the fairy from her binding spell. The current whereabouts of the damaged book is unknown.[1]
