William "Bill" Dow is an award-winning actor, director and occasional writer in theatre, film and television. He portrayed Dr. Bill Lee in Stargate SG-1, Stargate: Atlantis and SGU: Stargate Universe. He portrayed Russ Hathaway in Da Vinci's Inquest and also appeared in The X-Files.
He has directed several award-winning productions for the Vancouver Playhouse. Dow is married to Wendy Noel and has two children.
In Supernatural, Dow portrayed Doctor Kadinsky and briefly Sam's hallucination of Lucifer in the Season 7 episode "The Born-Again Identity". Dow also portrayed Chip Harrington in the Season 14 episode "Peace of Mind".
