These unnamed Special Childs were Special Childs who were killed by an Acheri controlled by Ava Wilson.

The Special Childs were taken to Cold Oak in groups of five or six people by Azazel to kill each other. Ava Wilson beat them to it and killed them using her powers to control an Acheri who slaughtered the Special Childs.
