Audrey Elmer was the little girl who wished her teddy bear to be "life-like".
Background
She is first seen riding her bike to return the stolen porno magazines and empty alcohol bottles to the store. Sam and Dean Winchester followed her back to her house and started to ask if she saw something really furry. She immediately asks if the bear was in trouble. She revealed that it was her teddy bear and that she thought he was sick.
Audrey introduces Sam and Dean to Teddy.
Audrey believed Sam and Dean were "teddy bear doctors," and led them upstairs to help her bipolar, suicidal, lifelike, teddy bear. She said that she'd wished for a teddy that was big, real, and talked, but that he'd become sad all the time, said weird stuff and smelled like the bus. Sam and Dean decided to get her somewhere safe, since her parents were in Bali, until they could deal with the bear. Her parents returned, looking sullen and severely sunburned.
