Annie was a patient at Glenwood Springs Psychiatric Hospital and the roommate of Susan Fletcher. Annie was killed by Nurse J. Foreman, who was secretly a wraith. Her death was made to look like a suicide.

Overview

At Glenwood Springs Psychiatric Hospital Dr. Fuller talks to Susan about why she suddenly stopped taking her medication. Susan says that she stopped taking the medicine because the medicine would make her sleep and she did not want to sleep because to "monster" would get her like it did with Annie. Dr. Fuller tells Susan that Annie had killed herself and that there is no monster and that it is just her way of coping her loss of Annie.

Later, at night Susan would meet the same fate as Annie by the "monster" had slit her wrists. These murders had ultimately caught the attention of hunter Martin Creaser, who called in fellow hunter brothers, Sam and Dean Winchester.
