An Angel Prisoning Sigil placed in Castiel HQ's cell
An Angel Prisoning Sigil is a sigil that if placed in a room it makes any angel which entered this room cannot use their powers. Additionally, it also makes the room soundproofed for angels, so angel from outside of the room cannot hear any sound from inside of the room. It somehow, make the room which warded by this sigil seem like interrogation room or isolation cell. Angels are not disgusted or harmed by the presence of the sigils.
However, the angel(s) (or any beings except humans) which holded in the warded room is not strictly immoveable, but they only have limited movement in the warded room. The angels and humans from outside also still can freely get in and out easily.
The sigil also proved capable to hold even the reaper.
Procedure
Not much known about the sigil. The sigil itself is a set of sigils that constructed by at least three different sigil arranged perpendicularly in a side of the door of the room. The sigils are Enochian in origin. The sigils also drawn by angel's blood.
