The Angel-Killing Gun, or Crowley's gun, is a gun that Crowley himself made by melting angel blade material into bullets. It can be used to kill angels, demons, and any other supernatural creature that the angel blade can.

Crowley shoots Castiel
It is first created by Crowley after several losing streaks against Sam and Dean as well as Naomi. Crowley uses the gun along with the angel bullets to kill Esper and wound Ion. He attempts to shoot Naomi but she escapes before he gets the chance. It is seen to be able to not only kill, but also wound, as to slow down the target.
It is unknown what became of the gun after Crowley's death.

- It is based on the Luger P08 pistol.
- In All Along the Watchtower, an alternate reality version of Bobby Singer had his own version of the weapon in the form of a machine gun loaded with bullets made from melted-down angel blades. This proved to be ineffective against Lucifer as anything more than a brief distraction.
