Background[]
Alice, under the increased influence of the Horseman Famine, eats her boyfriend Russell to death as well as at the same time suffers the same cannibalistic fate as he too is touched by Famine's effect. She was marked for union with Russell by Heaven and had a Cupid who gave her the mark.
A friend of hers told Sam and Dean how Alice was a very nice girl who never swore and had vowed to remain a virgin until marriage. Her date with Russell was her first date in months and her friend had described her as being very excited for it.
Her soul along with Russell's was collected by a demon of Lucifer's tending to Famine as her soul along with Russell's was fed to the Horseman Famine.
