This unnamed man was the first known major vessel of White-eyed Demon Alastair since his former one during World War Two. Prior to his possession, this man was a pediatrician and was married.

Season 4[]
In I Know What You Did Last Summer, Sam and Dean Winchester follow leads given to them by the demon Ruby who is confident that other demons are after Anna Milton but that a much more powerful one will also arrive which they soon discovered to be Alastair. Upon his arrival, Alastair talks about his vessel and how he was a pediatrician before being possessed. During their confrontation, Sam attempted to use both his powers and the demon-killing knife on his adversary only to learn that neither had any effect leading to both him and Dean having to flee the church.
During Heaven and Hell, Anna is revealed to her allies that she is a fallen angel. Elsewhere, Ruby summoned Alastair who appeared to her still as this man only for him to go on to torture her for the location of the Winchesters and Anna. When Alastair fought Castiel, the former was quick to overpower his opponent only to be presumed dead once Anna's grace was returned. When Anna's status as an angel was restored, Alastair's vessel died from being vaporized by the white light that had been unleashed from her.
Some time later, Alastair, now using a new vessel, encountered Sam and Dean again where he confessed that the wife of his previous vessel was still looking for her missing husband and that he found the situation hilarious yet again proving to those around him that he had no remorse for what happened to any of his vessels.
