This unnamed demon possessed Ada Monroe in search of the Monster Box.
History[]
Early History[]
Aware of the threat posed by the Akrida, this demon and its partner flee Hell and contact the Akrida Leader, offering to trade the Monster Box in exchange for their lives being spared when the Akrida wipe out all of existence.
The Winchesters[]
In Pilot, in search of the Monster Box, this demon enters Ada Monroe's shop through a floor vent in her smoke form. Spotting the demon's arrival, the frightened Ada grabs an anti-possession charm and flees, chased by the demon. As Ada runs down the stairs, the demon knocks her over, causing Ada to drop the charm and allowing the demon to possess her.
The next day, John Winchester finds a newspaper article on Ada's disappearance. Witnesses saw the demon's black smoke, but there were no signs of fire on the premises.
While Mary and John are searching for the Monster Box, the demon enters the tomb and demands that Latika Dar hand the box over, promising to make her death quick if she does. However, Carlos Cervantez shoots the demon with holy water from behind, having gone to retrieve a silver blade to kill the Loup-Garou guarding the box with. Recovering, the demon hits Carlos, sending him flying into the wall and retrieves the file on the box.
As the demon reads the file, Mary emerges from the tunnels below and attempts to shoot the demon with holy water. Although the demon disarms her, Mary is able to briefly stun her with a punch and throws Lata the box. Grabbing Mary, the demon strangles her against a wall one handed, but Lata is able to activate the box. Mary kicks the demon off of her and the demon is exorcised from Ada's body and pulled into the box, destroying her. Checking on Ada, Mary discovers that she survived the possession.
In Teach Your Children Well, Ada brews a potion to tap into her subconscious so that she can access the echo of any remaining portion of the demon that had possessed her. While the demon that possessed her is dead, it knew the other demon that had attacked the group and they both knew about the Monster Box so Ada hopes that if they can find the other demon, they can get some answers. After drinking the potion, Ada uses automatic writing to write out the information that she had learned from the echoes of the demon.
In You're Lost Little Girl, amongst the writings from the demon's echoes, Ada finds an address multiple times that presumably has meaning to the demon and gives them a possible lead. Ada is also able to determine that this demon and the other one that had attacked Mary and John were partners and searching for the box.
Ada and Carlos eventually succeed in capturing the other demon who admits that he doesn't know much about the box as this demon was "the details guy." The demon tells Ada that the Akrida can't be stopped and even with the box working, there's too many of them. The two demons had gone AWOL from Hell and crossed lines to make a deal with the Akrida: they get the Akrida the box and the Akrida let them live when they destroy all life on the planet. The only thing that the demon is able to tell them about the Akrida is that the Akrida Leader has taken a human vessel like a demon.
