The unnamed man was the Most Holy Man in Apocalypse World. His blood was made holy by The Pope. He is the counterpart to Father Luca Camilleri.

After the portal was closed, Alternate Michael and Lucifer killed the most holy man and used his blood as part of the Demon Tablet Alternate Reality Rift Opening Ritual to create another portal.
