I'm not interested in the prequel about John and Mary. I find prequels are overhyped and under deliver. We already know their stories. A prequel will be either boring or retconning their background stories.
-yes thank you, prequels are overrated and an overdone type of storytelling and its just a way to make money and im not trying to be mean at jensen but I dont buy he will be able to keep up with the storytelling, all the mythology and characters built in up in that point in time, im willing to give him that chance but its like where was his input throughout all the plot errors through 15 years of the first show.
I can respect that, i personally thought a monster turf war idea was unique
Im not saying you are wrong but i dont know they could have done alot with adamichael
Well the problem that no one in my experience was saying is how are we supposed to believe chuck an omnipotent being could not only get defeated but didnt see that attack coming, look I loved spn and loved much of the mythology but this is why sci fi destroys fantasy cause its more believable and the stakes work better
Jack also being the new god, again i didnt see in my experience but too many people took it with open arms, maybe he wasnt writing everyones fates(which btw we never exactly knew every single characters strings chuck pulled and whom he didnt) but jack did a great thing in reviving the universe but it ended there, where was he when that family got killed by those vamps or when dean died or that call for sam about a werewolf attack, he completely lost his empathy and basically became dr manhattan from watchmen. I dont understand why he couldnt have just brought peace on earth and in heaven, people might say oh that is not realistic....like all the other crap was?, no what jack did, his great contribution is he opened all the doors in heaven, here is my golf clap.....
Seriously why oh why did spn like so many other great tv shows in history lately have to have a sucky ending, there is no excuse for that, 15 years to make the perfect show, i get the actors were rushing through the production but imo there is something they do unecssary on that production, probably a take two rather than plot coherency. How many more shows have to fail cause they just take a rancid dump of *hit on their plot and are too lazy therefore the fans have to do their job for them?
Is there really a being called sophie in the christian bible or is this from judaism or another religion?
On that note chucks turn was also forced, I could go through every mistake they made but its pointless anymore, I could be the biggest athiest on the planet and still recognize the flaws with that story, it was just done cause A.they wanted to make it like garth ennis preacher, I know eric kripke didnt work on that final season but isnt it a funny coincidence he works on a garth ennis show, whose to say garth didnt give out his philosophy on god to eric to tell to the spn writers? And B.Im sure on paper it looks so great, oh wow chuck was writing their story the whole time, he should also be the one to end it, but the problem with this is again it wasnt thought out coherently and secondly they treated it like this big revelation but we knew from chucks debut in season 4 he was writing their story, put two and two together, it just made absolutely no sense to me and you could tell it was forced cause jensen and jared at like season 14 were like yeah we want to quit cause had they not done that the show would have continued, there was no endgame in mind.
And btw anyone who says im a hater for critiques, im more or less giving out the facts of the show itself and how it failed on a story level, im not a "hater"
