“ | Incarnate. E-Evil incarnate. | ” |
This unnamed angel was one of many encountered by Lucifer in 2016.
Background[]
When Lucifer arrived in Heaven, he gathered a handful of angels, including this one, to hear him out. He mocked their effort in trying to defeat The Darkness with their combined smite, which failed. He explained that the lesson they learned was that the angels needed him for help.
All the angels went quiet, until this one spoke up and accused Lucifer of murdering Jofiel. Lucifer brushed off the accusation by suggesting that Jofiel had exploded himself. When another angel reminded Lucifer that God had cast him out, Lucifer explained that God's reason was Lucifer didn't accept God's obsessive love for mankind.
This angel countered that mankind was God's creation, a statement which drove Lucifer to list all the sins committed by humans, from the Salem Witch Trials to the Third Reich. The second angel responded by saying God called Lucifer evil, to which this angel agreed.
Lucifer ignored them, and promised again that he can help them fight The Darkness. Much to the annoyance of his siblings, this angel asked if Lucifer was planning to stay around after that. Lucifer was delighted by the suggestion, and requested that all the angels in the room called him "God".
As the angels left the room, Lucifer grabbed this one by the arm and dragged him back, to his visible discomfort. Lucifer asked if the other angels can be trusted to obey Lucifer, though this one couldn't provide an immediate answer, offering instead to think about it.
Lucifer released him while reminding him not to think too long, for those who hesitates... disintegrates.
Soon after, The Darkness unleashed a violent shockwave towards Heaven. While walking down a corridor, this angel spotted the incoming attack and ran back the way he came. He was the last to re-enter the room.
